Meet The Team
CCC has highly trained independent contractors with a variety of water safety certifications. Coach Carmody has personally overseen the training of each and every employee, and ensures recurring technique and swim safety training throughout the entirety of summer. Most of our team has been in the water longer than your child has been alive, and all of them have a passion for what they do. We have several instructors returning to teach lessons again for summer 2023! Learn more about each instructor below!

I was a state qualifier, two time region finalist, and a current record holder, during my highschool career. I started swimming at a young age alongside many other children so I have learned to value fun and hard work at the same time.
I am honored to be apart of this coaching staff and getting to meet numerous young faces along the way! I look forward to teaching swim, something I’ve always wanted to do, and can’t wait to get into the water as soon as possible, this is my 2nd year with CCC!

Hannah Blount
Hello everyone! My name is Hannah Blount. I graduated from Byron Nelson in 2021. I have since been continuing my education at the University of Arkansas where I just recently got accepted into their nursing program.
My love for the water started when I was 8 when I started swimming for the trophy club tritons. This is where it all began and truly sparked my interest in swimming. From there I participated in club swim all the way through middle school and high school. While in high school I also swam for the varsity swim team all 4 years. I was team captain my junior year, but my swim career ended senior year due to a devastating injury that led to me getting surgery on both of my elbows.
As well as swimming I was also a Lifeguard for 5 years at the Roanoke Community Pool. This year I have stepped up and am currently pool manager.
As you can see being around and in water has been a huge part of my life since I was little. Loving the water and being able to swim is a very important step in any child’s or even adults life even if they don’t want to pursue swimming as a sport it’s a good source of exercise. I hope by teaching your kids I can help them love the water and even take their swimming to the next level. I can’t wait to meet your kiddos and help them learn some key assets to swimming!

Jake Crawford (Oklahoma Based)
Hey my name is Jake Crawford! I have a passion for safety and a good time. I was a part of my high school swim team swimming many different events. This experience actively helps me convey different principles and skills within the sport to students.
I also have previous experience teaching swim lessons from the age of 16. I have developed a good sense with the youth through my experience and personally feel I can connect and convey valuable skills our courses provide.
I have multiple certifications in CPR, first aid, and AED usage. I am currently going to school at the university of Oklahoma to become a nurse. I look forward to helping the community become a little safer however I can.
We always try to keep the same instructor with the same kids since consistency seems to work best for both sides of the lessons. However, we cannot and do not guarantee this is always going to be the case. This is common practice with all other lesson facilities.
